Tooth #2 = 4.5 cm. long, by 3.7 cm. wide.
NOTE) An attempt to drill tooth #2 in the dentin, resulted in the drilled hole, breaking out at the bottom of the tooth. At that point, it was decided to drill tooth #2, and tooth #3 (#3 also had less dentin), through the enamel.

Tooth #2, took 6 minutes, 18seconds to drill.

It took 3 minutes-29 seconds to grind tooth 2, and 1 minute-16 seconds to notch it. The total prep time for tooth #2, was: 11 minutes-3 seconds. It took 4 minutes-17 seconds to drill the walnut club for tooth #2.

It took 5 minutes-31 seconds to grind tooth #3, and 58 seconds to cut it's notch. Total prep time for tooth #3 was: 12 minutes-8seconds. The drilling of the walnut club, for tooth #3 took 12 minutes-31 seconds.
